Noticing Autumn in the Dell

 This morning we headed off down to the dell with our Author's notebooks.

 We went to look...listen...touch

We noticed lots of things...

 We worked with our buddy to record some Autumn words and do some sketching.

We found quiet little places where we could sit and focus and record our ideas.

We stopped at times to share what we had written in our notebooks.

 What a beautiful season Autumn is in our school playground.

When we got back to class...we shared and collated our ideas as a collective BRAINSTORM!
