| Here we are making our ginger beer bug. Remember the recipe? 2 tsp ginger 2 tsp sugar and 2 tsp yeast mixed into 150 mls warm water. |

| This is what it looked like when we mixed it. Now we have to feed it 1tsp sugar and 1tsp of ginger for 7 days. Then it will be time to bottle it! |
