Please find below a copy of your child's art which can be made into either a Calendar, Cards,Sketch pads, Mouse Mats or a 2016 Diary.
Order forms are coming home tomorrow 10/9/15
Prices are clearly stated on the Ordering form:
Calendars - $12.50
Cards -$12.50
Diaries -$16.00
Mouse Mats -$16.00
Sketch Pads - $16.00
Please remember to:
1)Clearly write your child's name and Room No on your form.(Also on the outside of the envelope please)
2) Please if you are paying by cheque - please make out to HNPS Home & School
3) Orders need to be returned by Friday 25th September.
4) Please deliver orders to our classroom -Room 12 - orders will be collected from my room by Maggie.
