A Big Thank You

Dear Home and School Committee....thank you so much for your gift of $100.00.  We purchased some new lego and some lego building plates with the money.
Room 12 are just crazy about LEGO!  Once again many many thanks.

Guess what!

Two children in our room have younger siblings soon to start.  Last week they came for a visit.  What do you think of these very proud older siblings.....They will make sure their younger sister and brother feel very comfortable at their new school when they begin.

Making Scones

Yesterday we had a very busy day ....3 of our Mums came in to help us make scones.

 Here we are mixing our ingredients.

 These two are kneading the butter into the dry ingredients.

 We had to decide what we would put on our scone...the choices were dates, chocolate chips, cinnamon and sugar or cheese.

 Can you guess which topping was the favourite?

 The best part...when we got to eat our scones!

 Yum...they were delicious.

 Thanks to our lovely mums...Victoria, Kirsty and Rachel who came to help us make our scones.

Dress Up day

Last Friday we all dressed up as book characters.  This was part of our farewell celebrations for Mr Bremer.
Mr Bremer is such a fan for dress up days at our school.
