Our New Gardern
Check out our new vegie gardern we planted at the end of Term 3. The weather has been kind to us. Lot's of spring sun and rain have helped our plants romp away!

Rugby World Cup Day.
Today Havelock North Primary celebrated the Rugby World Cup by having a dress up day. We all came dressed up as our favourite rugby playing country. We had a lot of All Blacks but the other countries were all represented to. The middle syndicate were all geared up for a ripper rugby competition - unfortunately the clouds opened up and it had to be cancelled . We still went ahead with our milo and toast for morning tea despite there being no ripper rugby competition. A big thank you to our wonderful Mum Jenny who helped out this morning supervising and assisting us making milo and buttering toast. Well done Room 6 parents! All your children arrived dressed up for our special day.

Spring Art and Poems
For the past fortnight Room 6 have been doing a lot of writing around the theme "Spring". We decided to choose some of our favourite poems and illustrate them. We have had a couple of messy and sticky days making our creations. Here are some photos of the process. Some of our class shared their work with the other children in our middle syndicate on Friday. What do you think of our art?
